Biography

Eun-Sun Jung received a B.S. degree in Computer Science and Statistics from Dankook University, Seoul, Korea, in 1995, and an M.S. degree in Information Security from University of London, U.K., in 1998. From 1995 to 1996 she was a member of technical staff in Hanwha Corporation, Seoul, Korea. In 1999, she was employed by Korea Information Security Agency as a research scientist. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D. under the guidance of Prof. Nitin H. Vaidya (UIUC) in the Department of Computer Science at Texas A&M University. Her research interests include Wireless Networks, Mobile Computing, Network Security, and Distributed Systems. Specifically, her dissertation focuses on the issue of energy efficiency in wireless networks.
