Streaming Surface Reconstruction Using Wavelets

This is a collection of programs to perform surface reconstruction. There are some 2D versions to calculate a contour that are easier to manipulate and see what is happening with, and there are some 3D versions that generate a surface. With the 3D versions, there are both in-core and out-of-core implementations. Various helper programs that convert data are also supplied along with documentation on how to use all of the programs.

Jimp 2 is a free program for visualizing and manipulating molecules. Self-consistent field calculations can be performed to find molecular orbitals of molecules using the Fenske-Hall method.
