Final Demonstration
The main focus of this presentation is to demonstrate your final product. You
might want to cover some of the topics in the final
report. You may describe your progress since last presentation.
Presentation details
- 30-minute presentation. Time distribution is up to you. Distribute time to
best show your final product.
- All members will present, including the team leader.
- Clearly show your final product. Take the time to show your tool. Avoid
rushing, trying to show everything in a shot. Be organized. You might want
to consider simulating the use of your tool to do an actual evaluation.
Select a Web site/page(s) and actually correct some of the problems. Is the
feedback provided by the tool useful and enough to correct the problems? You
may instead prepare a video showing this scenario. You can use HyperCam
to capture action from your screen.
- Be sure to submit hardcopy of the rest of the deliverables (Developer's Manual --including code documentation--, and final version of the user's manual)
on August 5 in class. Hardcopies are required to be
officially submitted.
- Submit your CD with all the artifacts created for this project (Team Web
Page and linked documents, presentation files, source code, UML diagrams,
rest of deliverables, etc.) on August 5 in class.
NOTES:
- Post your presentation file on your Team Web site.
