I am currently working in the Brain Networks Lab (BNL) under Dr. Yoonsuck Choe, Dr. John Keyser and David Mayerich . I will be working on the construction of an atlas based on high resolution mouse brain information. The BNL have used a Knife-edge Scanning Microscope (KESM) to take high resolution pictures of a mouse brain, totaling 2TB of data. I am in charge of developing a system that will allow random access to the data which will be used in software that maps this data to existing atlases.
